At the Kourellas family dairy, our light graviera cheese is made to a time-honored recipe handed down through generations.Traditional culture and rennet are churned with lightly skimmed organic cow’s milk. Aged for a year, it has a sharp aroma with a hint of sweetness. Perfect for grating or paired with charcuterie.

Ingredients: Cow’s Milk, Natural Sea Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Lactic Acid Culture.
