At the Kourellas family dairy, our organic graviera cheese is matured for several months. Salted and turned by our master cheesemaker until it has the perfect depth of flavor. With a distinctive grassy flavor and rich aftertaste, this hard cheese is delicious in savory pies, salads, and pasta dishes, or straight up with a drizzle of Greek thyme honey.
