At the Kourellas family dairy, our finest Greek graviera is made with pure organic cow’s milk. A golden cheese with a creamy texture and delicate, sweet aroma, our graviera is tended daily by our master cheese maker as it matures. Graviera livens up omelets, sandwiches, soufflés and tarts. For a classic Greek mezze, serve fingers of graviera with briny olives or slivers of honeydew melon.
