What makes our yogurts special? Simple. We only use three ingredients: fresh milk from our farms, live and active cultures, and fresh sun-ripened fruit. No stabilizers, preservatives, added sugar, starch, added flavors, pectin, colorings, GMOs, gluten. Strained the traditional Greek way, our yogurts are naturally creamy. That’s why they are so different.
Goat’s Milk Yogurt
The secret to the Kourellas family’s organic goat’s milk yogurt is incredibly simple: whole goat’s milk is gently pasteurized and blended with probiotic cultures, then left to set so all the good bacteria can flourish. Sourced from happy goat that graze in the abundant mountains of Grevena, it’s a delicious way to add healthy to your everyday. Just top with honey, nuts, and grains, or swirl into yoursalad dressing.
