True to Greek tradition, our dairy is made with nothing but nature’s finest ingredients. No additives, colorings, flavorings, stabilizers, thickeners, sweeteners, or preservatives. Simple, really.
In spring and summer, our animals graze on grasses and herbs in the pure Greek mountain air. During winter, they are sheltered and nourished on animal feed that’s free from GMOs, pesticides, and fertilizers.
Our vertically integrated business is based on transparency. Our electronic traceability system tracks every step of our supply chain and monitors every stage of production. From farm to table, we take care of everything: feeding our flocks, pasteurizing our milk, maturing our cheeses, and packaging our yogurts.
